In this breakout session we will introduce the three necessary steps in 3D printing: designing/accessing a part, preparing the part to be printed, and the use of the printer to create that part out of plastic. You will leave feeling confident in your ability use the 3D printer, understanding its basic functions to ensure repeated successful 3D prints. We will also begin to explore TinkerCAD and Flashprint, powerful, intuitive and simple software platforms that will allow you (and your students) to begin to make your mark on the Mt. Lebanon School District.
